Cromarty: Part 1 of 2

Whenever we stay in the Inverness area, Cromarty is always visited at least once. The place is a particular favourite of ours - so peaceful. The above view shows the North and South Sutors at the entrance to the Cromarty Firth.
Across the Firth is the Nigg Fabrication Yard, where work is undertaken on Gas and Oil Rigs.
A typical Cromarty scene.

The Pantry.
The Cheese House.
You can safely walk down the centre of the roads in Cromarty, only meeting the occasional vehicle!
Window display.
The Hugh Miller Cottage.
The Paye.
A former Merchant's house.
Small, but colourful garden display.
Another view of the Sutors.
It was a sunny day in Cromarty.
Fluffy cloud in the sky.
